What services does ADAZA offer?
ADAZA sales reps can independently generate and close net new business or simply provide highly qualified referrals for your in-house sales team.
-
What does it cost?
As a vendor, you only pay for successful sales or referrals that result in a successful sale. ADAZA is low risk - there are no up-front costs or fees. You decide how much commission you want to offer for a sale or referral. We calculate many variables to provide recommendations of commission rates that will produce the best results. However, each service has a certain minimum commission rate.
-
How does payment work?
Our vendor on-boarding process will guide you through the process of creating an account with Stripe, our third-party payment provider. When a sale occurs via the ADAZA platform, the buyer will have the choice of paying via ACH (bank transfer) or credit card. The buyer's payment will be processed by Stripe and the proceeds deposited into your account. Commission is deducted automatically and paid at that time. The whole process is taken care of by ADAZA, using our payment provider. For sales that occur outside the ADAZA platform as the result of a referral, you will receive an invoice.
-
How does the referal process work?
We meet with potential vendors to determine what customer segments you want to target with ADAZA, who the typical buyers are and your qualification criteria. ADAZA then uses algorithms to match your buyers with connections across the extended network of ADAZA sales reps and make recommendations that start generating deal flow. Qualified referrals are then sent to you for your in-house sales team to close. On a weekly basis, you will provide us information back on those opportunities (typically via a standard report from your CRM system) so we can update the referrer on the status of all their referrals. When the deal closes, you will be invoiced for the referral fee as posted at the time of referral.
-
How does the full sales process work?
We meet with potential vendors to get a deep understanding of your offerings and sales goals. We use this understanding to match your offering with the sales reps that have the experience, background and industry knowledge to best represent it. We work with you to incorporate your sales assets into the ADAZA training system so that sales reps are fully enabled, and once sales reps are certified on your offering and sales message, they begin the process of generating net new business and closing sales.
-
What visibility to sales pipeline will I have?
As a vendor, you will have access to a pipeline dashboard showing the latest status of deals being worked by ADAZA sales reps.
-
How do you ensure representation is high quality?
We screen all sales reps thoroughly to ensure the highest quality. Vendors can view reps' profiles and their reputation score, which is made up of ratings from all their customer interactions on ADAZA. In addition, we audit closed sales to ensure the buyer is satisfied.
-
How do I know sales reps are on message?
We use your existing sales assets to create an easily consumable certification process. All reps must be certified on a product before they can sell it. As part of that process, sales reps upload videos of them delivering your pitch. You can audit these videos, provide feedback on the pitch and even participate in the certification process if you wish.
-
What sales support is typically needed?
It depends on the technical complexity of the product. Products that are simple to demo can typically be sold without pre-sales support. Other products may require a pre-sales resource from a vendor's in-house team to do a demo or to answer technical questions that come up, typically during the final stages of the sales process.
